Originally from rural Lincolnshire, I’m a self taught photographer based in York in the UK.

Having a rural upbringing and moving to the city had a profound effect on my photographic development; a general theme being the relationship between humans and the natural environment. I have snowboarded since the age of 17, when I’m not on a board myself you’ll find me behind the lens trying to capture the feeling of snowboarding on film or pixels.

My main areas of  photographic interest lie in action sports, contemporary fine art and portraiture.,
